The hydraulic motor needs regular maintenance during daily use, which generally includes the following contents:
1. for the system with newly installed hydraulic motor, the working oil shall be changed once after 2-3 months of operation, and then every 1-2 years, depending on the specific service conditions and working environment.
2. for the working medium used in the hydraulic system, different brands of oil shall be used according to the working speed, working pressure and working temperature options. Generally, it is recommended to select 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil (or oil similar to it). Under the condition of low service pressure, general mechanical oil can be used; When the working speed is low and the oil temperature is high, the oil with higher viscosity can be selected; When the speed is high and the oil temperature is low, the oil with low viscosity can be selected.
3. generally, the shell temperature of hydraulic motor shall be below 80 ℃.
4. when the hydraulic motor operates as a pump, the main circuit of the hydraulic motor shall have a return oil or oil supply pressure of 0.3-0.8mpa, and the maximum value when the speed is high, depending on the working condition, subject to the absence of knocking sound. No air shall be sucked into the hydraulic system, otherwise the hydraulic motor will run unbalanced and generate noise and vibration.
