To reduce the pressure energy loss of the hydraulic motor in the use of the hydraulic system, it is necessary to start from the inside and reduce the power loss while reducing the internal pressure loss of the system. To solve this problem, we can improve the pressure loss of the internal flow channel of the component, and adopt integrated circuit and casting flow channel. At the same time, it is also necessary to reduce or eliminate the throttling loss of the system, minimize the overflow required by non safety, and avoid using throttling system to regulate flow and pressure.
In the use of materials, materials manufactured by static pressure technology and new sealing materials can be used, which can effectively reduce the friction loss. Maintenance during use is indispensable. Maintain the hydraulic motor in time to prevent pollution from affecting the service life and reliability of the motor. It is necessary to develop new pollution detection methods. Carry out on-line measurement of pollution, and make timely adjustment without delay, so as to avoid losses due to untimely treatment. In order to reduce the pressure energy loss of hydraulic motor, manufacturers and consumers need to make joint efforts, so that the pressure energy loss can be prevented to a greater extent. How to reduce the loss of hydraulic motor in use
Of course, the cleaning of the hydraulic motor is also very important. The hydraulic motor usually needs to be flushed before it is officially put into use. The purpose of flushing is to remove the remaining pollutants, metal chips, fiber compounds, iron cores, etc. in the first two hours of Z operation, even if the motor is not completely damaged, a series of faults will be caused. Therefore, the motor oil circuit should be cleaned as follows:
1. Clean the oil tank with a dry cleaning solvent, and then remove the solvent residue with filtered air.
2. Clean all the pipelines of the motor. In some cases, it is necessary to impregnate the pipelines and joints.
3. Install an oil filter in the pipeline to protect the oil supply pipeline and pressure pipeline of the valve.
4. Install a flushing plate on the collector to replace the precision valve, such as electro-hydraulic servo valve.
5. Check whether all pipelines are of proper size and correctly connected.
The above two points can basically reduce certain losses in use, but we often encounter different problems when using the plunger hydraulic motor. Due to the special working conditions of the hydraulic motor, there are also six special points to pay attention to when using it.
1、 When full load starting is required, note the short value of hydraulic motor starting torque. Because the starting torque of the hydraulic motor is smaller than the rated torque, if ignored, the working mechanism will not work.
2、 Since the back pressure of the hydraulic motor is higher than the atmospheric pressure, the oil drain pipe of the motor shall be led back to the oil tank separately and shall not be connected with the oil return pipe of the hydraulic motor. How to reduce the loss of hydraulic motor in use
3、 Since the hydraulic motor always leaks, the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic motor will be closed for braking, and it will still slip slowly. When it is necessary to brake for a long time, another brake shall be set to prevent rotation.
4、 When the inertia of the driven part is large (large moment of inertia or high speed), if it is required to achieve braking or running in a short time, a safety valve (buffer valve) shall be set in the oil return circuit to prevent damage accidents caused by sharp hydraulic impact.
5、 When the hydraulic motor is used as the power part of the lifting or traveling device, the speed limit valve must be set to prevent the heavy objects from falling rapidly or the vehicle and other traveling mechanisms from overspeed when going downhill, resulting in serious accidents
6、 When using the quantitative motor, if you want to start and stop smoothly, you should use the necessary pressure control or flow control methods in the circuit design.
